If you're a fan of artisan chocolate, this is the visit for you! In Sainte-Suzanne, Charline's bean-to-bar chocolate factory opens the doors of its production laboratory, located just behind the shop, for a sensory and educational immersion in the heart of the cocoa transformation process. Here, it all begins with the organic and fair-trade cocoa bean, rigorously selected, then processed on site, respecting the flavours and textures.
Grand cru bars, mendiants, discovery boxes, spreads... Each speciality is the fruit of highly specialised craftsmanship, combining technical mastery, a passion for chocolate and exacting standards for raw materials. During your visit, Charline will take you through the key stages in the production of artisan chocolate, from the raw bean to the melting bar, and give you an immersive experience in direct contact with the raw material in her processing workshop.
It's a tasty, sensory discovery of organic cocoa, local craftsmanship and chocolate creations.
