allosaurus call for entries [same street, same booth].
With a concern for both aesthetics and local roots, the company f.o.u.i.c wanted to back up its show Allosaurus [même rue, même cabine] with work with a group of fellow spectators who would become part of the performance.
The idea is to give an image of society in all its diversity, with all that it can bring in terms of pressure and judgement, but also of listening, comfort and help.
Through this silent, fleeting, almost ghostly presence, the artists hope to add strength and poetry to the performance.
We're looking for 5 people per performance, with or without amateur theatre experience.
Work on the collective, the acquisition of a common breath, sharpened listening, immobility, and finally the interiority of feeling. There is no text to memorise, and participants will not be asked about their physical ease or mime skills. On the contrary, all the work consists of an economy of movement, simplicity of movement, and the sincerity and depth of the gaze.
