This workshop invites you to discover shadow teas, with their delicate, umami flavours, as well as little-known nuggets that have been forgotten in everyday cups. You'll explore their history, their unique growing methods and their surprising flavour profiles, all accompanied by mignardises to enhance each tasting experience. An experience for the curious and the passionate in search of authenticity!
