Terroir, altitude and harvesting conditions are all factors that influence the quality and rarity of exceptional teas. During this workshop, you will discover a number of carefully selected grands crus.
Like wine, tea also has its grands crus. Each one has its own unique character: it may be the result of a unique geographical location, climatic conditions specific to the harvest, a particular know-how or even come from century-old tea bushes.
The only thing they have in common is their rarity. Ephemeral by nature, these exceptional teas are only produced in limited quantities.
The tasting is accompanied by mignardises chosen to match the teas.
