Did you know that there was a zoo in the Buchenwald concentration camp?
One morning, Petite-Marmotte finds the rhinoceros lying dead, looking deeply sad. Winter passes and a new animal joins the zoo: a young bear, captured in Siberia, who asks lots of questions despite Papa Babouin's warnings. Who are the "zebra creatures" on the other side of the fence?
Where does the black smoke and stench come from? Why are there no more birds in the sky? What did the rhinoceros see that made him so sad?
Text "What the rhinoceros saw when he looked over the fence" by Jens Raschke, adapted by Antoine Palévodyn, with : Sandrine Monceau, Bertrand Fournier and Denis Monjanel,
sound and music: Denis Monjanel.
Show for all ages from 13 - Running time 45 min - Standing performance
