Fishing and countryside in Mayenne, in a privileged natural area, near Sainte Suzanne

Are you looking for a large house for 6 (or 8 on request), in an unspoilt setting by the river with a private 2500m² fishing pond? Le Moulin de Gratte Sac is a 2.5ha estate and a large house on the ground floor* with 3 bedrooms (from 9 to 12m²), a large living room (22m²) with fireplace (insert), a kitchen/dining room (31m²), a bathroom, a shower room and 2 WCs. Each room opens onto a terrace via French windows or bay windows.
The large south-east-facing terrace opens out onto the entire natural environment, and is a real delight!
Are you a fisherman? There are plenty of fish on the lake: roach, perch, carp, pike and trout in the Erve river. A fishing lodge with sink, fridge and basic fishing tackle is located between the river and the pond.
Your outings? You're close to the town of Sainte-Suzanne (château, park, museum, shops, restaurants and great walks) - Evron 6km away (basilica with famous concerts, shops, markets, restaurants) - Saulges with its caves on the theme of prehistory (walks, climbing, museum, restaurants). And access to 6 km of cycle paths... The owners will be able to guide you according to your wishes.
Professional stay: 4 people maximum - compulsory cleaning package per stay from 1 to 14 nights.
