In the medicinal garden or along the paths of the bocage, discover the plants that surround you and their uses, whether medicinal, alimentary, artisanal or symbolic.
Marie CLOTEAU GIRARD, an ethnobotanist with a passion for plants, will be revealing many of the secrets of the plants that surround us, whether in her garden or on the trails.
She invites you to discover, smell, touch, taste and even listen to cultivated and wild aromatic and medicinal plants.
We'll be talking about botany, the uses of plants (medicinal, food, crafts, etc.) and ethnobotany. The garden is both a living library and a special place for observing plants, a garden for picking herbal teas and a place for welcoming the public.
Courses and discovery days are organised regularly throughout the year in the surrounding countryside: wild edible plants; trees and shrubs of the bocage; plant crafts; wild medicinal plants..... and other themes to be devised together. Registration required.
