La Bourgonnière, near the Gallo-Roman town of Jublains

Close to the Montaigu site on the way to Mont St Michel, this late 19th century stone gite, fully restored in 2013, will welcome you in a green setting. Ideally located (SP): starting points for walking, mountain biking and horse riding through the rolling countryside, manor houses and signposted circuits. Close to the Lac du Gué-de-Selle and the Gallo-Roman town of Jublains. 20 minutes from one of France's most beautiful villages, Ste Suzanne, and 1 hour from Le Mans and its 24-hour race.
Communal lake 300m away: 15,000m², fishing/day and week passes available, open from mid-March to mid-September.
Electricity charges based on meter reading above 8 Kwh per night.
Cheque for €95 cleaning deposit to be deposited on arrival.
