The gîte is attached to the owners' house. There's a large outdoor area with a pétanque pitch, swing, gazebo with garden furniture and barbecue.
The accommodation comprises a very large living room on the ground floor, with a fitted kitchen area, sitting room, bedroom sleeping 160cm with bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom with a 140cm bed, shower room and wc. A large mezzanine with sofa bed (sleeps 160cm). TV with internet access, table football and fitness equipment are available.
Shops: mini-market and bakery in Voutré (3km) and all shops and services in Evron (7km).
Leisure facilities at Gué de Selle, 11km, including swing golf, hiking, pedalo and canoe hire and fishing.
