You'll find a bright living room bathed in natural light, comprising: - a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster kettle, etc., allowing you to prepare your meals just like at home. There is a dining area for 4 people and a lounge with an armchair and a sofa, flat-screen TV and a low unit with crockery (pizza pan, glasses for aperitifs etc....). - On the ground floor, a ground-floor bedroom with a 160x200 bed and wardrobe provides direct access to its adjoining Italian-style shower room, which is both practical and comfortable. - The toilet is a wall-hung WC on the ground floor. - Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom with an 80x190 bed completes the sleeping area, ideal for welcoming family or friends in a cosy atmosphere. All windows are fitted with internal shutters, as is the door. Upstairs, blackout curtains. INTERNET via RJ45 socket and WIFI fibre. We accept that your pet accompanies you. Outside, take advantage of the perfectly enclosed grounds, perfect for relaxing, as well as a small outbuilding offering extra space for storing bikes or equipment. In season (April/September), a Gaz barbecue and garden furniture are available. To take the stress out of your stay, we have a self-catering arrival box on site. Free private parking is available.
