A TRULY ENCHANTED BREAK IN MAYENNE

Completely renovated with care, this house combines old-world charm with modern comforts. Sleeping up to 8 people, it is ideal for families, couples or friends looking for a warm, peaceful and authentic setting.

Inside, you'll find well-appointed spaces, an open-plan kitchen with a central island opposite a pellet stove for cosy moments by the fire. 1 adjoining dining room. A cosy lounge with 2 large sofas, armchairs and television. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 TV work area/library, 2 bathrooms (the first has a bath and shower with double basins, towel rail. The second, on the more compact ground floor, has a shower, 1 single washbasin and a heated towel rail.

Outside: 1 set of garden furniture with a round table to enjoy and chat together. 1 second lounge where you can relax in comfortable armchairs. The extra touch: 2 terraces for 2 atmospheres.
equipped with a brazier/plancha and pizza oven for get-togethers, you can make your own pizzas, grill your vegetables, etc.
