The Gîte du Pré is a beautifully renovated family home, situated in the market town of Gorron in a quiet area close to the shops.

The house comprises
Ground floor: living/dining room with kitchen area (microwave, fridge, hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster), stove for heating, sofa bed that can sleep 2 extra people.
Bathroom with washbasin and shower, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and a small study area.

Outside, there is a small courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue.
