Located in Thorigné en Charnie in Mayenne, opposite the entrance to the Saulges Caves, our gîte is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility and can accommodate up to 15 people.

The gîte has :

> On the ground floor :
- a bedroom with 1 double electric bed (2x70x200cm) and an adjoining private shower room with WC to PRM standards,
- a shower room and toilet shared by the entire gîte, to PRM standards,
- a WC and a non-PRM shower room,
- a lounge with fireplace,
- a fully-equipped kitchen,
- a laundry room,
- a mezzanine room with 1 pull-out bed (2x70x190cm) and 1 bunk bed (90x190cm),
- a terrace directly accessible from the kitchen, covered by a shelter, offering additional living space whatever the weather or season.

>Upstairs (accessible via stairs and lift):
- two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room to PRM standards (one with 2 electrically-assisted single beds (90x200cm) and 1 single bed (80x190cm), the other with a trundle bed (2x80x190cm) and 3 electrically-assisted single beds (90x200cm),
- a mezzanine with 1 convertible slatted armchair with a 80x200cm mattress.

The gîte is equipped with wifi and wired internet access throughout.

For your convenience, we provide a hand towel, dish towel, sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher powder/salt/rinse aid, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning materials.

Our establishment is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed except in the following cases:
- guide dogs,
- horses as part of a horse-riding break (contact us for details).
