In the countryside, comfortable gîte 15 minutes from Laval, 6 minutes from the A81 exit, ideal for visiting southern Mayenne.

Three spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and toilet, large private garden with views over the countryside. The gîte is 600m from the centre of the village of Bazougers, which has a bakery, grocery shop and restaurant (open for lunch).
The gîte is in the Domaine de la Houzardière, comprising a 19th century manor house, the owners' residence, and other 17th and 18th century buildings. ,
Located 15 minutes from Laval, and 6 minutes from the A81 motorway exit (Le Mans/Rennes), the gîte is also ideally positioned for visiting the Coëvrons (towns of character including Sainte-Suzanne, the Erve valley, Saulges caves, numerous walks, etc.) and the whole of southern Mayenne (Refuge de l'Arche, Château-Gontier, etc.).
With the kids, less than 10 minutes away, enjoy the Chesnaie leisure centre, with supervised swimming in summer, games, fishing and swin-golf; also the Meslay-du-Maine aquatic centre, the Azureo, with swimming pool, paddling pool, sauna and steam room, and swimming courses during the school holidays.
Professional stays: 4 adults maximum - Compulsory cleaning 80€: 1 per 14-day period and heating 5€/night from 15/10 to 15/04.
