A large mezzanine with TV lounge sofa bed and a treadmill for athletes and a bathroom with whirlpool and 2 sinks. -Outdoor terrace of 120 m2 with garden furniture, barbecue and heated 8x4 swimming pool. Parking and tarmac access. Outbuilding with billiards table and various games, table tennis table. Land with a small wood and petanque court.
