Producer of vegetables, bread and dairy products
Set up in January 2011, on a 42-hectare farm (17 hectares of permanent grassland, 2 hectares of woodland, 2 hectares of courtyard, buildings and paths), the 5 partners produce basic foodstuffs (cereals processed into flour, bread and buckwheat pancakes, around forty different vegetables, dairy products - apple, croute fleurie cheese, yoghurt, cream, faisselle, fromage frais, fromage frais spread with garlic and herbs, bottled milk and beef, veal and pork).
