Espace Colmont is a space dedicated to culture and event organisation. It has a 924 m² main auditorium. This hall can accommodate up to 900 seated spectators, 312 of whom can be accommodated in the telescopic stand, which can be adjusted to suit requirements. The stage has a surface area of 196 m², with direct access to the dressing rooms and loading bay for stage equipment. The Espace Colmont has its own sound and lighting control room, as well as a stage park.
Upstairs, two rooms can be used for meetings, rehearsals and additional dressing rooms. Independent access can be gained via the footbridge bordering the green terrace. These rooms can be hired independently for small meetings.
A catering service equipped with an oven, a gas hob, a plate warmer and a dishwasher can be used to organise all kinds of receptions, including dinner dances, weddings and seminars for up to 580 guests.
