At the Domaine de la Jaguaisière, Ludmilla COUBARD breeds rabbits in mobile cages and pens on grassland.
The rabbits eat grass from the meadow, organic cereals and hay. This type of farming is rare and technical: "these are fragile, sensitive animals". Every effort is made to ensure animal welfare, right through to slaughter, which takes place on the farm, which has an EC and ORGANIC approved abattoir. Happy animals for quality meat produced with the greatest respect for animal welfare.
