The Coutellerie de Saint-Sulpice opens the doors of its workshops for an authentic and fascinating visit. Whether you're on your own, with your family or in a group (up to 50 people), come and discover the secrets behind the manufacture of handmade knives. Guided tours and discovery workshops: Individuals and groups alike can take part in a guided tour of the workshops, where each stage of manufacture will be presented to you by passionate knifemakers. For an even more immersive experience, the cutlery factory also offers creative knife-making workshops (3h, 4h, 1 day or 2 days) for adults (aged 14 and over), where you can learn the skills of the trade and leave with your own knife. Extend your visit by discovering the on-site shop: a selection of handcrafted knives, forged objects and unique creations, all made in the workshop. > Open all year round.
