Cooking over a wood fire
The baker, Paul Schmitt, offers you bread and pastry creations baked over a wood fire in the village's ancestral wood-fired oven. You'll find a wide range of sourdough breads, from standard breads to grain and gluten-free varieties, as well as brioches, tarts, shortbread and a range of organic Viennese pastries.
The bakery is open for direct sales 3 times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4pm to 7pm.
