This workshop allows the trailer to work through repetitions of 30 sec to 1 minute to work on the intensity and speed of the stride.
This workshop can enable trailers to work on their physical commitment by repeating a large number of out-and-back runs to cover as many gradients as possible. Finally, this workshop will help to improve mental preparation by increasing the intensity of the sessions and improving the ability to surpass oneself.
