To contribute to the preservation and cultural and tourist development of the historic sites of Mayenne and their surroundings, open to the public; to promote the influence of the historic sites and their territorial environment; to form a network linking the different historic sites; to promote meetings and cultural exchanges; to promote artistic creation and crafts; to raise public awareness of the environment, art, heritage, biodiversity, natural spaces, the quality of landscapes, to contribute to their preservation, to train its members in knowledge of heritage, biodiversity and the environment.
